Error msg when trying to create an animated video

Whenever I try to create a timeline animation via the "Create a video or animated gif" option and click the "Start recording" button, the browser tab containing the Windy display doesn't show up. Windy only shows up in the Window and Entire screen options.
Then when I click Cancel, it comes up with a "Error occurred: NotAllowedError: Permission denied" message.I've tried using different browsers as well as while I've been logged in and logged out but no luck.
It seems to have been doing this since the last update.

@Ken We are aware of many issues with the recording tool, so we decided to remove this feature in the next update. I am sorry about it.

@Suty is there a need to remove it, considering it's been so useful for so long and that it's never had any problems until now? (none that I've personally experienced anyway)
It would be extremely disappointing if that were to happen.

@Ken Unfortunately, this is already planned to remove this, since it needs many updates and it is not that used by users.

@Suty You could label it experimental on the road to Windy 72.0 and keep it for the users with the skills and patience to avoid the traps. Other than a Pacman-highscore the result is useful for the all users, that know to use it. When some minutes get lost in a world with TV soaps that are less interesting than watching wet towels drying, some obstacles should be acceptable.

@Ken Here it also happened once or twice per week. Closing and reopening the browser usually helped. (Whenever I do a wrong mouseclick or fail to adjust something in the workflow, I restart the browser. Also when starting another animation.)
Especially the 3D animations are a bit tricky. -
