iPhone widget not working

The widget stopped updating a few days ago. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling, logging out, in, etc.. and it's always just black now. Iphone on iOS 17.3

@danielk9 Can you tell us which widget has this issue? Also, do you use any special mode (lockdown,...) on your device?

@Suty I have the same problem. Since the last update every widget just stays black. Even after removing and adding it again to the Home Screen. iOS 17.2.1

@altenstr Which version of Windy specifically you use? Also can you please answer questions, I mentioned in my previous message here?

@Suty I just updated my iPhone to iOS 17.3.1. I also have the lastest Windy version 41.010241 installed and it's working again. Seems like there was a compatibility issue with the older iOS version. In both cases there was no special mode activated.

@Suty I am using whatever the latest is. I have auto updates on. I am going to update to 17.3.1 and see if that fixes it. I was using the large non premium widget with forecast.

After update to iOS 17.3.1 widget is working. May have been the restart. May have been the update.

@danielk9 I am on iOS 17.4 beta and the widgets are not working. Browsing the widgets to add them they are all just a black box. When adding it it just adds a black box, and when I click on it once it adds it seems to try to open the app but crashes.

@Russell-Hodges Hi, did you have this issue with standard production release of Android? We cannot guarantee functionality of our widgets on Beta version.

@Suty This is on iPhone not android, but I figured it may be some beta issue and have no issues waiting to see if it is fixed in the final release.
Anyway, it may be a false alarm. I just updated to iOS 17.4 Beta 4 which did a reboot and now everything seems to be working fine and it looked like widget refresh correctly, so maybe it was the beta and is now fixed. Who knows :) If I get the same issues with the final version I will let you know.

Widget not working on iPhone or iPad Pro both on iOS 17.7 and Windy version 13.7.3 I have tried deleting and reinstalling but still not working on either device

@Saxisgood According to the version, you mentioned, you use a different app and not Windy.com with the red logo. Our latest version is 43.0.3.
