<![CDATA[Windy Premium]]>I subscribed to Windy Premium a few years ago and all I got was a bill for the subscription! No information how it helped me, no directions to use it, and I wrote to you and got the same response, NOTHING!

I would gladly subscribe if I received an acknowledgement or better yet, what exactly I am paying for and how to use it.
