<![CDATA[sick of wrong data]]>since many month windy is providing weather data with a significant ofset to the reality.

The actual temperature up to 10 K in the region (Austria/Germany/SLO) where I live and work. So I ask you experts out there: How is this possible?

  • Is there a weather station virus?
  • Do they measure temperature now with "intelligent" software instead of temp meter?

Hoe is it out there in otner regions of the world?

  • Does anybody know sources with reliable actual and historic data?

The temperature is up to 10 K? What do you mean more exactly? Is it wrong reported temperature at a weather station? But they don’t display temperature in Kelvin.

And to be rid of some crazy weather stations, select only the professional ones, wmo and airport, not the pws personal weather stations.
