      radar is only running half it's normal loop. it's stuttering and restarts.

        This is not a bug.
        On the browser version, the Radar progress bar is split in 2 parts. The white part is the real radar data, while the red one is an extrapolation supposed to give an idea of future precipitation during the next hour.
        Now the default setting is the white part, i.e. the real radar data during 12h, 6h or 1h. Click on the red part if you want to see the extrapolation.
