      Could you refund one of my purchases? For some reason, I have two subscriptions on the same email. Seems odd you can have multiple annual subscriptions on the same account. One of the order reference numbers is WINDY231203-5178-33460 and the other WINDY231203-5315-43394. Thanks

            I can see your purchase from the App Store (Apple) only for your account on this forum.
            If you have purchased another subscription for a different email address, please send us all the relevant information (email, invoice, and the platform where you made the purchase) to support@windy.com. Have a nice day, Niki

              @Nicole-Dolezalova Turns out that I was charged twice by Apple. I refunded one of the purchases, but it appeared that my premium subscription was no longer active. Therefore I'm refunding my second payment now, hopefully to be able to sign up again afterwards.

                @Yevgen-Kuchma Ah we are sorry to hear about this complication. Hope you will resolve everything. If you prefer, there is another option to obtain the subscription using windy.com/subscription, which is easier to maintain, and we can assist with that more than Store-related subscriptions.                   @Nicole-Dolezalova apple denied my second refund, so I thought maybe we can try locating this payment to enable my windy premium? What do you need from me as a confirmation that the purchase was made?

                    Otherwise, we would need more evidence to thoroughly understand the issue. Please send all invoices related to the Windy.com subscription, a print screen of the errors occurring, the version of iOS, and your account details (email used for login/username in Windy.com) to our support email at support@windy.com.                       @Nicole-Dolezalova hello, unfortunately the windy support at support @ windy.com turns out to be not very responsive. I got 1 reply throughout a week, and it didn’t have much to do with the issue. Is there any other way I could address this problem?
