What is this persistent point on the radar?

There is a persistent animated point on my radar. The blue dot with animated white ring. It is not related to my weather station, and is quite some distance from my home.

@dgrazulis Hi, this standardly should be a visualization of your location, however, it can be wrong sometime when you use the desktop device without GPS feature.

@Suty Tnx for your reply... Can it be adjusted manually or turned off?
It is off by 10 - 15 miles. The tiny wx sock icon is my actual location.

@jmayer004 Usually certain browsers get only location from IP address, so it is usually location of Internet provider area.

@Suty Sounds good. All other web sites find me in Florida? This site only finds me in Kansas? I am in SW Florida.
