Weather Radar

I have been in the Bahamas for the last month and the weather radar has failed to see any of the last dozen storms that have hit us. Is there coverage of radar in the Exumas or is it a black hole of up to date weather?

The Great Exuma is out of the Radar coverage in Windy
Do you know radar data in this area ?

Nice to know. It didn’t work in the northern Exumas either. Guess I’ll find a better app.

@mpraizner the Bahamas has 3 Doppler radars in Long Island, Nassau and Freeport. Windy used to include them on their loop however sometimes those radars are down and they may have given up on them 😂 here is also a direct link to those radars as well https://radars.bahamasweather.org.bs/

@Mamadi It seems that the provider of data we get has an outage and that is the reason for no data in Windy.
