Notifications not coming through

Hi all
For some reason I haven't been receiving notifications for the past month on my alerts.
I know that the alert conditions have been triggered because they give the blue bell icon in the list. They also have the red line underneath the conditions indicating where the criteria have been met.
I have alerts turned on for both my email address and my phone app.
Has this happened to anyone else recently?

@mp3robbo It's good that they are granted.
There was a issue preventing sending you the alerts. It should be good now. I will check if they are now coming though.
One more note. The alerts are notifying users based on the conditions between the day 1 to 4 from now. The bell icon in the Windy.com app/web is showing if the conditions are met from the day 0 to 6. So it's still possible to see the icon and not be notified.

@OutFront @Kurisu112 we checked your alerts setup, and you probably have a bit complex conditions there, so that can be reason why no notifications were sent.
Our existing alert functionality has AND logic, so if you set alert for specific temperature, rain and wind, there is no notification until all of these are checked in the same time.

Hello. I don't receive notification as well (actually never did). They are activated in iOS settings. Can you please check what is happening for me ? Thanks

First, did you set Alerts ?
In case you did it, try to read the posts in this topic, you will probably find the reason why you don’t receive notifications.
Then could you show a screenshot of you Alert settings. -
I'm not receiving notification neither on mobile nor email. And my setup for the test is very simple, only 5mm of rain in 24 hours. The alert appears on windy.com, but it's not coming to me via email or mobile
