Except Wind, turn OFF all the other parameters.

Yes Indeed I set only wind, it's the most important for me, I have to watch a big tent.

Ok I'll set the other parameters too, even with low settings.

The alert is activated only when a specific set of conditions - including rain, snow, time, and wind - are all met simultaneously. If your alert is not triggering, it may be because one or more of these preset conditions are not being fulfilled.

Your alert has multiple conditions and some of them are preventing the alert to trigger
