What’s going on?! (Premium)

Hello,
I don’t even know how to explain it politely, as I am really starting to have a very bad experience with Windy app.
First of all, my Premium account (DariusM) has some kind of a problem due to which I cannot use community forum. I have reported this issue here:https://community.windy.com/topic/31173/premium-account-issue
It's been almost a month since I reported this issue and it still hasn't been fixed.
And secondly, it seems someone from Windy team is messing with my free account (dariusmil), as I cannot access it anymore. My account doesn’t exist! Why? Please see screenshots attached.
Guys, what is happening with my accounts?! Was it deleted/deactivated deliberately?
I have been using my free account to report my Premium account issues! And now I had to create one more bloody account to report all these problems!It’s really annoying and too much hassle… I am very disappointed.

Is anyone going to explain why my Windy account got deleted? I have had it since 2021. -
@Darius_M Hi there, I found your free account under @dariusmil and it should exist. I will try to reset your password and send the new one here in the chat. Please test the login.
Also, I will ask our colleagues about the update, that should help you with your original account and let you know today.

As you can see, it says there’s no account linked to that email. Hence I created another one to communicate with you. -
Just curious about the outcome. Was it resolved?
