Apple Watch 4-day forecast complication broken

I selected the Windy 4-day weather forecast complication on my Apple Watch (series 7) yesterday. I noticed that:

• the range of weekdays is Monday-Thursday, even though it's Thursday today
• the temperatue (celcius) is 12, 16, -80, 19
• the location shows as "Praha" but I'm in Cape Town, South Africa

Checking again today, I see that the complication hasn't changed since yesterday.
I've tried restarting my watch and opening the Windy app on my phone as well as tapping on the Windy complication, but none of these steps fixed the issue.
