Startup settings

For the start up settings. I choose the layer to be the last one used. It does not do it. If I set a layer it does do that but I want it to use the last one.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

It works if you don’t use the widgets to open Windy.
And you need to leave Windy with your start-up layer at screen.
