Using Search (Magnifying Glass)

When using search the weather for the search location pops up but the backround map doesnt go to that location. So for example I not only want to know the weather for a location but I also want the map to take me there so I know where the location is.

@bsinnett Hi, if I understand that, you are still on the same location, despite the fact, that you searched for a location in the search field on the other side of the earth, am I right? Which device and version of Windy do you use?

@Suty your interpretation of my question is correct. When I search for a location the map position does not go to that location.
The weather for that location slides up from the bottom of the screen but when I close the weather pop up the map is still in the same place that it was.
Point being if I don't know where that searched location physically is the map doesn't take me there. At this time I have to go to Google to get a visual approximation of the location and then come back to windy and Slide the map and zoom in in an effort to find it.

@Suty Further clarification...if I search or a city the map moves to that location. But if I search for an Airport (eg KFCI) the weather for the airport pops up but the map doesnt move.
