      I purchased an unlimited membership from your application to use on my phone, but after a few weeks, it asks me to buy premium again for my membership. I want your help regarding this.

        Hi @Habib-Milat, firstly, we don't offer any lifetime Premium service, we only offer annual subscription and purchase for a year.

        Secondly, you must have two accounts in Windy, the one with Premium and the second free one, probably connected to a different email.
