<![CDATA[Cell and or GPS?]]>Sorry for being a nimrod on this site. My question is: Is cell service required to use this site? Or as I hope, while I hope the case, it operates off GPS. I have GPS on my iPhone and my position shows as expected. However on my laptop there is no GPS. I can still view the site as an active portrayal of weather out the window. Can I have clarification?
