Can't update payment method

I need to update my card details to renew my subscription, but when I click on 'subscription' (I'm logged ion), I get a new tab telling me to enter my e-mail address. When I do so I receive a message on the same tab (FastSpring I believe) telling me an e-mail has been sent to allow me to update payment details, but I never receive any e-mails, despite having tried many times. Please advise.

@JSGadsby Hi, you made a purchase with different email address, than you use in Windy. Please try to access the subscription management with js****by@gmail.com

I haven't changed my address - your update payment link doesn't work.

@smithereens Hi, your email address in Windy account is different in comparison to used email in the purchase. You used this one in the purchase process: jd1969****@gmail.com
