Would it be possible to add an impacts chart/rating based on the return or values so we would know how it would affect us? example: it says I'm going to receive .24in of rain (3h) but how would that affect me. would it cause flooding and if so, how severe would it be?

How could Windy respond to your bizarre request?
Would Windy have to imagine all the consequences of the weather depending on your location and local weaknesses.
There are at least 2 layers you can look at:

• Extreme forecast

• Weather warnings
