                  But I forgot to cancel my Windy Premium annual prescription and noticed today that an automatic payment has been made from my card. I want to ask you, if it’s possible to refund me? I purchased premium account today on 8/20/2024.

                            Dobrý den, jelikož jste platila přes své Apple ID, tak platbu zpracovává Apple. Zažádejte si o vrácení platby zde: https://support.apple.com/cs-cz/118223

                            O vrácení rozhoduje Apple, ale neměl by s tím mít problém, jelikož jste si zažádala v rámci 14 dnů od platby. Hezký den.

                                Hello, can I please cancel my windy subscription? I tried windy for a trip, and I don’t need it outside the trip and was charged 5 minutes ago, thought I have till 23:59 to cancel… Thank you in advance!

                                  Regretfully, I forgot to cancel my Windy Premium annual subscription before the end of the trial period and noticed today that an automatic payment has been deducted from my credit card.While I value your services highly, during this period, I am unable to continue the subscription.

                                  I would like to have get a refund for the premium account that I purchased today on 09/03/2024.

                                      Hi, I have cancelled my trial, but it has charged me for some reason for a PRO account? I have only discovered this charge in my account.
                                      I do not want to is this app and never our head a PRO account. The trial did not live up at all to any of my expectations and all forecasts were completely off the entire two days I tried it.
                                      I would like to request a refund, please.
                                      I can’t find the ID for this, but the charge was on 20. September 2024. I have no clue how this even happened since I never requested the pro version.

                                        @Vikitch You are probably contacting the wrong company, since we don't offer any trial plan.
                                        Also, we are Windy.com (with a red logo), and our subscription is called Windy Premium, not “Windy PRO.” Our Premium service costs €18.99 (or equivalent price in local currency).
