I want to cancel my Windy Premium annual subscription and get a refund for the premium account.
I purchase on 9/2/2024. I send an email but didn't respond.

Hi, I have cancelled my trial, but it has charged me for some reason for a PRO account? I have only discovered this charge in my account.
I do not want to is this app and never our head a PRO account. The trial did not live up at all to any of my expectations and all forecasts were completely off the entire two days I tried it.
I would like to request a refund, please.
I can’t find the ID for this, but the charge was on 20. September 2024. I have no clue how this even happened since I never requested the pro version.
