Cannot access account to update CC info

About 10 days ago I tried to access my account info to verify I had selected auto-renew for Premium. I got a reply that said an email has been sent with information to access my account - it never showed up.
This morning I got an email from FastSpring informing me the CC linked to my acct was declined. I went through the same steps as before, got the same reply, but no email. Yes, this morning's email is the same one I used to set up my acct.
Thanks for any assistance in getting this squared away.
