      I have Windy free and inadvertently pressed professional.
      I thought I had cancelled it straight away by deleting the App.
      However I have noticed that today you have taken £149.99 from my NatWest account.
      This was an error so would you please reimburse me as soon as you can?

        Are you sure you are subscribed to the windy.com app with a red logo?
        If you are subscribed to a mobile app named windy.app with a blue logo, you are contacting the wrong company here. This forum is that of windy.com and its subscription is called Premium not Pro.
