No 10 Days forecast???

Hi, I just upgraded to premium, how can I get the 10 Days forecast?
I still have the 5 Days forecast....help needed...

Hello,
The Premium badge next to your username show you should benefit from a 10-day forecast.
You must log in with the same credentials you used for your subscription. Try to logging out and back in.
