Restored my membership but recieved no referance code which I can use

Hello, I restored my premium membership, I recieved two emails prior to the due date of my renewal which was set due 12.2.2024. The money left my credit card however I recieved no email confirming the payment, thuss I neither have a referance code which I can use to restore my premium mebership.
