    My Premium account does not work

      I already paid the Premium account few months ago, and it was working fine, but last friday when I connected, the account was the standard one and in my data the e-mail was totally different than mine. Now it does not allow me to change to my previous e-mail because it is in use. What can I do to restore my Premium account?

        @ANDRES-ROBERTO-MERCHAN Hi, accorgint to what you said, I would recommend logging out and in back with the email, that should be assigned to your Premium.

          I already did it several times through my apple account and it does not work

            I think, you are experiencing the same issue as I had a few days ago.
            As I said before, it seems there is something wrong with the Windy database.

              @ANDRES-ROBERTO-MERCHAN @dariusmil Hi, after discussion with colleagues, there is no issue with our database of accounts. We get these issues on the end of our users frequently and it is always about another account the user has and it is not Premium.

              Many cases, for example, are caused by using Apple login with email made by Apple to secure your data. Users usually don't know about this or forget that, connect their Premium with this account and then, when they login with their own email address, there is no Premium and they wonder why. This is unfortunately only one of many examples.

              To @ANDRES-ROBERTO-MERCHAN Do you have any invoice or something similar, that confirms your subscription? Can you please send it at support@windy.com, so we can effectively help you with your account?

                Hi Suti,
                In my case you were right, it was when I started the session with apple that I begun to have troubles. I have opened the session with my previous e-mail, and my Premium account is back. It seems that my Apple account - as you said- generated another Windy account that was not Premium. Now I know I should not use Apple to open the session.
