Professional version API Question for data getting.

I purchase professional version for API. I want to get data per hour(Data's interval for 1 hour). But I got data in every 3 hours. How can I change parameters or how to deal with this situation?

I got professional version for point API, not MAP API. It is available for getting all parameters in 1 hour interval instead of 3 hours interval.
