<![CDATA[Sounding display depends on computer time setup]]>hello guys, giving a forecast course in japan, with my computer in CET time, I had the surprise to find out that the sounding dispay depends on the computer time setup

it was the better sounding you get click right when having installed the sounding plugin

well a sounding is for a given place, all windy forcast are given for local time. i think it would be good to give the sounding for the localtime where its made.
