No Forecast Data for Sakhalin Island (waves and wind)

Hello,

When i'm trying to see waves or wind forecast for any places on Sakhalin Island (Russia) I can find only empty table with no data available (please see attached screenshot).

This problem appeared only after you implemented new Wind & Waves Forecast. Old way doesn't work either now.

Could you please fix this bag.

You are right. The data are somewhat missing in this area. We will try to corect that, but it will take some time

@dirtypancho It is already fixed on my computer. Just to put it online
