Issues with renewing Premium Subscription

I am getting notifications on my Windy app and also emails saying Windy having issues with renewing my premium subscription. When I click on link it takes me to Fastspring Account Management page which asks me to 'Please enter the email address associated with this account'. I give this and press send and get the following message:
'An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account'. Fine so far.Then, the resulting email states; 'Here is your requested link to manage your orders, please click the button below'. When I click the link below, it takes me back again to the Fastspring Account Management page asking me to 'Please enter the email address associated with this account'. And so the cycle continues!!!
Can someone please advise me how to break the cycle so I can renew my sub? Thank you.

Tried the procedure one more time and this time the Fastspring email link i was sent allowed me to access my subscription and renew it. Sorted at last.
