Access to fastsrping is not available, consequently no way to cancel the purchase

Hi, I just started using windy API, but it didn't work as explained in the instruction.
Guidance on the following "https://windy.onfastspring.com/account" site indicates that I will receive an instruction via email, which I didn't receive in the last 10 hours after mutilpe tries.How do I cancel the contract and get it refunded? Please advise.
Windy should have the cancellation function in it as it does when purchasing the api service. -
@obataatoc Hi, do you want to get refund for an API purchase from February? Unfortunately, we provide refund only within 14 days after the payment.

I got your point. How do I block auto renewal in the next February then? Fastspring is not working as I don't receive emails from it. -
@obataatoc Hi, I already canceled the renewal for you. It will be canceled at the end of the prepaid period.
