don't receive invoice for Premium subscripsion, can't login on https://windy.onfastspring.com/account

The Premium subscription automatic renew, but we did not received the invoince. As we are a Company, we need this invoice to be registered. Could you please help? I tried also to acces supscriptions on https://windy.onfastspring.com/account but don't receive any email with further instructions...Thank you!

@SysCAD You made the purchase with email address liv******nca@cadsolutions.ro, so did you try to access the subcription management with that email address?
