For a couple of days Windy app cant connect to the internet, and shows on top the message:

WOW it appears that you are offline :-

Do you have any help on this error?

dasselbe Problem habe ich auch gerade. Windy App (Version 41.2.3) meldet beim Öffnen "offline". Surfen geht aber ganz normal. Telefon MOTOROLA Moto G, und Android 7. Zur Zeit nur wlan, keine SIM Karte eingebaut. Die App lief bis jetzt jahrelang gut. Neuinstallation nicht erfolgreich. Windy Fehlerkonsole meldet "Sweet,no errors reported" ???

Bonjour, sous Android 7, j'ai aussi le message "vous êtes hors ligne", la carte reste vide et je ne peux pas non plus m'identifier.
Est-ce que Windy abandonne les vieux téléphones ?

@Suty it is a Huawei P8, running Android 6. It has also been running Windy for several years without any issues. Great App!

I'm having the same issue. I've been using this app for years with no problem. What is the fix?

Hello, same problem on my tablet, Windy is not usable since days, even though I am Premuum member.

Regarding the issue with non working Windy on Android 7 or lower, we cannot do much with that (there is a certain certificate issue) and it is decided to not support Android 7 devices with upcoming version 42, that is now in the testing phase.

I am really sorry about it, but it is natural way how to continue with the development of Windy.com, since we want to keep up with the latest trends. We can still offer the browser version of app, where some browsers should still support Windy.com.

@Suty Hi! Is there chance to use older version of Windy that works on Android 7 and olders phone models? It was pretty OK to me month ago, now I'm offline....

@Aleksandar-Andjelkovic It has nothing to do with our versions. There was a certain global change in digital certificates and that affected Windy.
