Windy app premium subsciprion (apple) to Desktop version?

Hello, I had subscribed to Windy Premium via the apple appstore on my iphone in October. Since then, my iphone went for an unintentional swim and I no longer have a smartphone. I am trying to access my premium account via my laptop computer, but I can't find a way find/login to my premium account-- even though I have registered my email and have connected through itunes. Any trouble shooting advice on connecting these so I can have access to my premium account again?
