Hello, what is the difference between these two memberships? I bought the 2nd one. Is my membership unlimited because it is a one-time payment? -

The first one is a subscription which is automatically renewed each year.
The second one is said FOR ONE YEAR, so it is a purchase for only one year. Therefore it is not lifetime but it is not automatically renewed at the end of the 12 months. -
@idefix37 We can already cancel the subscription whenever we want, why is there a one-time payment option for 1 year?

This is because some people don't want to commit to an auto-renewing subscription. -

As far as I know you need to ask for a refund to Google Play Store.
