Would like a wet bulb option for alerts

Wind, and rain are dangerous and require local alerts in favorites. How about a dangerous wet bulb alert?

@lisaldw We are planning to improve our alerts section, however, I am not sure about this layer. I cannot promise adding this, but it is still possible.
