Hi,

I made new comparisons with the tide forecasts of the SHOM (national hydrographic service).
All times are in UTC.

Arcachon

It confirms there is one hour difference.
Probably due to the shape of this closed bay.

On Windy last Sunday, in Arcachon, France, the low tide was indicated at 8h30 utc (8th of April)
but the true Low tide was at 11h30 UTC+2 so 9h30 utc.
