<p dir="auto">Flipping between units the mm value and inch value aren't even close, out by an order of magnitude.</p>
<p dir="auto">Flipping between units, it's clear that either there's a zero missing from the end of the number shown OR it is showing centimetres (a non-SI unit).  Either way it's wrong.</p>

Why are the units on the rain accumulation scale wrong? Would you prefer to see 1000 mm?<br />
Some users think that an accumulation of 1 m of rain is impossible, but it is nevertheless the case.<br />
