Rain expectation

My Question is, highlighted at 2pm, indicate mostly cloudy with rain icon, and indicate 0.4mm of rain at the bottom, that is mean in that time it is possible to have rainfall??? Thank you in advance. Can you help me?

@John-Kenneth-2
Yes, it shows 0.4mm of rain from stratiform clouds and 1.4mm of rainshower. A usual weather pattern for unstable air (convection) during the afternoon in response to diurnal heating. -
@Gkikas-LGPZ Another question is, below 0.3mm it can't notice it is raining? Regards to my post.

@John-Kenneth-2
If 0.3mm is reported (measured) from a weather station, it is like some raindrops in your car's windshield.
If 0.3mm is forecast from a weather model, it maybe zero but also it maybe a sensible rain (wx models have limitations and are probabilistic).
P.S. Sorry for my bad english. -
@Gkikas-LGPZ Another question, Regards to my post, At 2pm highlighted in my post , indicate "mostly cloudy with rain" and at the bottom 0.4mm rain, But in my actual onservation at 2pm earlier, there is no rainfall? What was the issue/problem?

@John-Kenneth-2
Firstly, 0.4mm is a trace of rain and is forecast by one model.
Windy provides a lot of forecast models for your area to compare.
At times, the models yield different results, and you have to determine which models perform best for the given situation in a given area.P.S. In your first question you said: "...in that time it is possible to have rainfall?". So you understand the probabilistic nature of wx. models.

@Gkikas-LGPZ Thank you. It is clear now
