Is it true, when we looking at meteogram "the slope look like" represent pressure; when a pressure is high result to fair weather and when its low result to rainy condition?

The curve is the variation of pressure forecast. The pressure figures are displayed above, for example 1009 hPa.
There is a relationship between pressure and rain when rain is linked to a low pressure area, but this is not a general case. -
@idefix37 By using that data show in my post, how to exactly predict rainfall is possible? What are the consideration based on that data show?
