Wind different on Windy to actual

There is almost no wind (maybe 4km NNW) where I live in Sydney, Australia (11.00 am Saturday 6 April) but Windy is saying that wind is 17km (correct direction). Is this a bug?

No there is no bug. Windy shows the forecast of weather models. So the forecast is possibly different from wind observation. Did you try to compare the 4 models available for you location ?
In Windy you can compare the observed wind at a weather station (click on Reported wind) and the wind predicted by the different weather models.
