    What does 18% clouds look like in real life?

      Hoping to use windy to find a clear sky... Its saying approximately 18% clouds at the time of full eclipse. Can anyone tell me (or show me) what exactly that looks like? I'd like to know if I should try to chase a clearer sky.

        I think in addition to the Clouds layer, you should look at Low clouds, Medium clouds and High clouds. Even if there is a significant % of high clouds, this is less important because they should be semi transparent.

        According to this table it means “few clouds”
