Swell Pointer shows incorrect value

Maybe I am reading this wrong, but, screenshot shows swell pointers showing 0.2 and 0.2. Main swell is 0.7 from NW direction. No pointers show this value?

On your screenshot all values for Swell is 0.2m from NNE.
The line showing 0.7m is Waves, which is the total sea significant height i.e. including the wind waves and the swells heights.
