      Why do the lines on the wind section keep coming and going? So annoying I know so many people that are ceasing to use windy because of this

        Please could you give precise examples ?
        The Particle animation disappears when the layer is not related to weather forecast. For example Radar, Satellite because these layers are observation, not forecast. Or with Weather warnings, Extreme weather, Rain accumulation… the wind forecast would be a nonsense.
