How can I manually change the order of each item in the layer?

I'd like to know how to change the order of the items in the layer manually. (PC version of Windy)

I want to make an order like;:
The item "Clouds" comes at top followed by "High Clouds", "Middle Clouds" then, "Low Clouds".

Currently "Low Clouds" comes above "High Clouds" so it looks strange to me.

@Takashi-Mori No, sorry, the order is spooky. Now I have clouds (base above top) and wind/gust bubbles mixed and can´t seperate them, Their order in the folder seems to have priority or if it already had a place in the column?

Thank you for your response.
Now, I confirmed that all "Clouds" items are next together, that looks much natural.
But I still don't understand why "Low" comes first followed by "High" (not "Medium").
If it is a specification and technically hard (or not necessary) to alter the order, I will accept as it is having a little hope for the future improvement.

I think this question of the order of the layer icons is important and should be improved as soon as possible, I hope.

Anyway, I keep using Windy.com, it is a very nice and useful site for my photography hobby.
