Majority of this looks like contrails to me. One of the byproducts of combustion is water vapour and this turns to ice crystals at that cold cold level of the atmosphere.

Depending on how much moisture is already in the airmass at that level - the ice crystals may linger and spread out.
Perfectly normal behaviour 😁
