What is this round thing with info, and how do I make it appear?

Total noob.
Sometimes when I am clicking around, I get this useful circle with directional indicators for various metrics, and speed.
What is it called, and how do I make it appear? Right now it just pops up for me randomly, but it has everything I need for a spot. What is it? I'm hoping I can add a view for all useful metrics into it. but for now I will settle for the name so I can look into it :)

To see these arrows showing the Wind speed / direction (and so the wind waves direction)
And the Swells heights / directions, select Wave & tide

That's not really doing it for me.
What is it called?
And why for example, does it NOT come up here when Wave and Tide is selected:
Yet does come up here for wind ??
And WHAT is it CALLED ?If anyone has any actual info, thanks!

Similar diagrams for wind are called wind rose, but when it is for waves and wind, I don’t know what is the specific name of this diagram.
I don’t know why it does not work for you. I tried it both in the web version and in the mobile app, at low and high zoom level. It works in any case.
When getting the point forecast table at weather picker position, you just need to click on Wave & wind. Of course it works only over the sea.
How did you get the screenshot in you 1rst post ?
