Unable to alter subscription

I am trying to manage my subscription and every time I click on the link for "manage subscription" I get taken to a page to enter my email address. The instructions are to wait for the email with the instructions on how to manage the account. I never get an email - it isn't in SPAM or other folders, so I am unable to manage my subscription.
