      I would like to be able to use a layer of pressure gradients/synoptic chart over the regular wind interphase. It was possible before the latest upgrade. Also when planning distance for a voyage I can no longer zoom in/out. Something that I could also do before...

        @Vincent-Duke Hi, I am not sure what exactly you are missing, but we didn't remove any layers or features regarding these topics. Can you please specify it a bit more?

          @Suty I am curious why a surface synoptic chart is not available, at least for short-term models. This is not crucial, because for the US, I simply use the NOAA aviation synoptic prog charts -- but I'm curious about the absence.

            @johnsondanl
            This absence is due to the fact that weather models are not capable of effectively plotting frontal boundaries. This work is done by meteorologists and Windy don’t have a meteorologist team to drawn front all over the world in 3-hours steps.
            Windy visualizes forecasts from several weather models, but does not offer its own forecasts like the NOAA does.
