Pressure level no longer fixed
-
I used Windy all the time to teach about Atmospheric Dynamics.
This last update broke a lot of the features that I loved, and the usability of the site has become much worse!
A big issue is that the pressure level is no longer fixed. If we plot the winds at 200 hPa, then click on temperature (which also exists at 200 hPa), the site will reset the altitude and show the values at the surface.
This is obviously the wrong thing to do. If the user is looking at 200 hPa, why reset to show the surface?
Moreover, why the "pressure level" sliding selector no longer shows up at the main page? It is too complicated to keep opening up the side menu just to change the level we are looking at.
Can you please fix this? Or at least add options in the configuration to change this?

@hbarbosa hear hear,jay to that
never used the slider much,but its godforsakenly misplaced, just like a synanon childhood .so keep up the pressure at 200hpa,let them feel dizzy for damaging our tool of weather intelligence.b.r
