Overlay Windy's Weather information

I am a GIS developer.
I am currently working on a project.
I am currently developing a system with Openlayers and Geoserver.
I'm trying to overlay Windy's weather information as a single layer on the UI I created.

1. Is it possible to implement these functions?
2. Weather information will use data from the Meteorological Administration.
3. Weather information linking will be done by our development team.
4. Can I get technical support from Windy for this implementation?
5. I would like to check the possibilities in the form of a demo version. Is there any possible way?
6. The system being created is operated as an Intranet and is not disclosed on the Internet.
7. However, there is a separate linkage system that can link external information.
8. Windy’s logo must not be displayed on the implemented weather screen.
9. How much does it cost to implement these features and receive technical support?

I will explain what I need by presenting it as a scenario.

1. Create a button called “View Windy” on the map (screen) I implemented.
2. The terrain and buildings on the map are displayed using Geoserver, which I programmed.
3. By manipulating the map on the screen I created, the scale becomes arbitrary.
4. Press the “View Windy” button. (Windy function On)
5. The background map I expressed does not change, and the shape of the wind provided by Windy appears on the screen.
6. At this time, press the Play button provided in Windy to view the forecast (weather) screen.
7. Press the “View Windy” button. (Windy function off)
   In other words, I want to overlay Windy's screen and data in one layer on the background map I created.

6-1. The user manipulates the map to change the scale.
6-2. At this time, an event occurs due to a change in map scale and the map scale is adjusted.
6-3. In order to change the scale, both the terrain and buildings I created and Windy's weather expression layer must be changed almost simultaneously.
7-1. If the user turns off the Windy function, the terrain and buildings are displayed at the current changed screen scale.
